Rachel Sheehan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel began their career as a Business Communications Writer and Editor at Coles Myer in 1997. Rachel then moved on to GE Capital, where they served as a Communications, Training, and Projects Lead from 2000 to 2005. After that, Rachel joined SMS Management & Technology as a Management Consultant from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, they started working at National Australia Bank, where they held various roles, including Business Consultant and Change Management Practice Manager. Rachel continued their journey at the bank and became the Manager of Future Capability from 2013 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Rachel served as the General Manager of Organisational Development at Perpetual Limited, leading the development of a three-year HR strategy and overseeing key enterprise change programs. Rachel then became the Senior Organisational Development Consultant at the same company until 2020.

Rachel's most recent roles at Perpetual Limited include Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Head of People - Senior Business Partner. In these positions, they provided strategic HR guidance, led leaders through HR cycles, and supported the development of high-performing teams.

Since 2023, Rachel has been serving as the Global Head of HR Strategy and People Experience at Perpetual Limited, accountable for the global HR strategy, strategic programs, and the overall People Experience. Rachel has also been responsible for the HR integration effort of a significant acquisition.
