🟩   Hire (above) talent FOR carefully curated Australian Start/Scaleups - with structural duplication & alignment to - Silicon-Valley 'philosophy'.  MUST be engineering-native, not only 'tech native' // (usually) product-native AND in high, or hyper-growth phase.  We also prefer founder-led. 

🟩   We bias towards deep, cutting-edge & complex tech – ideally with purposeful, positive societal mission orientation.   

🟩   We CONNECT high calibre entrepreneurs to investors & peripheral services - within the AU x US ecosystems - who should know each other, but don’t.   We believe in RECIPROCITY and intentional serendipity.   So, we facilitate these intros mostly - for free. 

🟩   We do an unparalleled volume of pre-diligence before partnering any represented individual, or company.

🟩   We LOVE first-principle-thinking, and study patterns.  And Signals.  We ignore noise/hype.
