Benjamin Krakovich has worked in various roles in the fields of real estate, automotive, and technology since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a New Home Sales Counselor for Pulte Homes, where they were responsible for the full sales cycle at assigned communities and negotiated contracts and developed individual purchase agreements with each client. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Centre Properties, where they leased space in 24 shopping centers, prospected leads, negotiated multimillion-dollar agreements, and managed a portfolio of current contract agreements. Since 2012, they have worked for PERQ, first as an Account Manager, then as a Senior Account Manager, and currently as the Manager of Client Success-Retail. In this role, they oversee new and existing technologies, conducts training, and manages all Retail Client Success Managers.
Benjamin Krakovich attended Carmel High School from 1996 to 2000, obtaining a High School degree in Telecommunications. Benjamin then attended Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2000 to 2004, obtaining a Business degree in Marketing. Benjamin also holds a State Of Indiana Real Estate Broker certification.
