Brad Lorden

Brad Lorden has a strong background in legal roles. Brad currently holds the position of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Perrigo Company plc since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Wolverine Worldwide, starting as an Account Executive at CH Robinson from June 2007 to March 2009. Brad then joined The Dow Chemical Company as a Legal Intern from May 2010 to August 2010. Brad went on to work as a Summer Associate at Proskauer Rose in 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they served as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. At Wolverine Worldwide, they held various roles such as Corporate Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, and VP, Deputy General Counsel & Asst. Secretary, starting from November 2017 until October 2023.

Brad Lorden attended Michigan State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Brad later pursued further education at Loyola University Chicago from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they completed their Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Additionally, they obtained an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business, specializing in Business Law.
