Kathryn Paul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insights and analytics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Insights & Analytics for Perrigo Company plc since May 2020. In this role, Kathryn leads the organization in making consumer-centered, data-driven decisions to achieve optimal results within North America's business sector. Prior to Perrigo, Kathryn held multiple positions at Kellogg Company from September 2004 to May 2020, including Director of Insights & Analytics and Director of Channel Insights, where responsibilities encompassed strategic analysis for marketing functions and managing product launches. Previous experience also includes a role as Director of Client Service at Symphony IRI Group from August 1998 to September 2004. Kathryn holds an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a BS in Psychology and Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with executive education in Behavioral Economics from Yale School of Management.
