Allison Brunton

Allison Brunton is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Perry Homes since October 2025. Prior to this role, Allison held positions at Neighborly® as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager for Local Operations from December 2022 to October 2025, and gained experience at IBM as a Talent Acquisition Partner from October 2021 to January 2023.
