Lisa Jo Meredith

Lisa Jo Meredith has over 25 years of experience in various human resources roles. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Director of People and Culture at Perry Lane Hotel, where they are responsible for talent performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment initiatives. Prior to their current position, Lisa worked as the Human Resources Manager at The Hermitage Hotel and as a Human Resources professional at All Star Staffing, LLC. Lisa Jo also has experience in medical underwriting at Kelly Services/UNUM, HR coordination at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., FMLA support at Unum, and recruitment at Bethel University. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Benefits Specialist at CoreSource and as a Human Resources Specialist at Kids In Distress (KID). Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated exceptional work performance and has gained extensive knowledge in areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and leave laws.

Lisa Jo Meredith completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Organizational Development and Business Management from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies, between 2007 and 2008. In 2011 and 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
