Matthew Miller

Matthew Miller is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and ownership. Currently serving as a Senior Real Estate Manager at The Virginia Tech Foundation, Inc. since October 2022, Matthew also operates Appalachian Valley Properties, LLC, which specializes in providing quality and affordable housing across central Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. With a career spanning over a decade, Matthew has held various roles, including Real Estate Agent at Perry Wellington Realty and Property Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate and Long & Foster Companies. Prior to a transition into real estate, Matthew demonstrated leadership as a General Manager at Best Buy, overseeing all operations of a large retail store. Matthew is a graduate of Penn State University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2001.
