Tom Kiernan

Tom Kiernan has over two decades of experience in recruitment and talent management across various sectors, including government contracting and professional services. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting and Growth at Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC since October 2020, Tom focuses on integrating acquisition and lead systems, as well as digital design and cybersecurity. Previously, Tom held senior recruiting positions at USfalcon, Whitney, Bradley & Brown, CSG, MorganFranklin Corporation, and Northrop Grumman Information Technology, where responsibilities included leading significant hiring initiatives and managing recruitment teams. Early career experience includes managing paralegals at the United States Department of Justice. Tom holds a Master's degree in Political Science from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from James Madison University.
