Paula Valério

Head of Experience and Product Growth at Agrotools

Paula Valério has a long and varied work experience. Paula began their career in 2005 as an Intern at EXPM. In 2006, they moved to McCann Erickson as an Assistant and Intern. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Projects Manager at Grupo Troiano de Branding. In 2016, they co-founded BumpBox. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Strategy Director at New Vegas, where they built a stronger strategy and planning culture, gaining visibility and greater space in large clients and startups. Currently, they are the Head of Experience and Product Growth and Head Of Marketing & Experience at Agrotools.

Paula Valério has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they completed two courses at Tera, Digital Product Leadership, Project Management and Growth Hacking, Marketing Digital. In 2009-2010, they obtained an MA in Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London. Paula also holds a Grad. in Social Comunication with qualification in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008. Additionally, they hold two certifications from Tera, Digital Product Leadership (obtained in October 2020) and Digital Marketing & Growth (obtained in August 2020).
