John Romano

John Romano is an experienced professional in engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as Engineering/CI Manager at The Perryman Company's Forge and Fabrication Group since September 2012. Prior to this role, John held positions as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at TIMET from July 2006 to August 2012, and as Assistant Forge Manager/Process Engineer at Accellent's Orthopaedics Division between August 2002 and April 2006. John's career began at Carpenter Technology, where John worked as a Testing Technician from November 1983 to July 2002. Educationally, John holds an MBA in Business Administration from Waynesburg University and a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, John has obtained certification in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
