Jodi Perry has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jodi has held various leadership positions at Perry's Ice Cream, starting as a Corporate Human Resources Team Leader from July 2009 to April 2011. Jodi then became the Director of Human Resources & Strategic Alignment and served in this role for over a decade, until April 2022. In this position, they oversaw HR administration, recruitment, employee benefits, and performance management. Jodi also managed internal and external communications and supported corporate sustainability initiatives. Currently, Jodi holds the role of Chief People Officer at Perry's Ice Cream, where they provide executive-level leadership and guidance on organizational HR programs and policies.

Additionally, prior to joining Perry's Ice Cream, Jodi worked as a Director of Consulting Services at RT Dee and Associates from January 2001 to July 2009. In this role, they provided HR consulting and training services to various clients, focusing on areas such as performance management, compensation design, and teambuilding. Jodi also worked as an HR Consultant at Perry's Ice Cream Company from July 2001 to September 2005. Before these roles, they served as an HR Manager at North American Health Plans from 1998 to 2000.

Jodi Perry completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at St. Bonaventure University from 1992 to 1996. Jodi then pursued a Master of Business Administration at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, graduating in 1998.
