Liliana Ayala Rico

Liliana Ayala Rico has a wealth of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Liliana began their career at Honeywell as an Engineering Intern in 2003. Liliana then joined Persal Manufacturing Solutions in 2004, where they held multiple roles, including Engineer Products and later Senior Materials Engineer. In 2009, Liliana became the Cordinador de planeación y Materiales at Persal Manufacturing Solutions, a position they held until 2011 when they were promoted to Senior Materials Manager. Liliana continued to advance within the company and served as the Production Manager from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Liliana works at Persal Manufacturing Solutions as the Operations Manager, a position they have held since January 2020.

Liliana Ayala Rico pursued their education in a chronological manner. Liliana first attended Instituto Tecnológico de Mexicali from 1999 to 2004, where they studied and received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2012, Liliana completed a diploma program in Purchasing from CETYS Universidad. Following this, from 2018 to 2021, they furthered their education at CETYS Universidad and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
