Patrick Mulroney

Patrick Mulroney currently serves as the VP & Associate General Counsel - Commercial at Persefoni since April 2022. Prior to this role, Patrick held various positions at IBM, including Counsel from August 2014 to May 2022, and served as Senior Counsel at Silverpop Systems, an IBM Company, from March 2011 to August 2014. Earlier in their career, Patrick was the Senior Director of Corporate Legal Services at MCCI Corporation from January 2008 to March 2011, and worked as Legal Counsel for the Massachusetts Human Resource Division from January 2005 to January 2008. Patrick's experience also includes serving as an Associate in Litigation at Halloran & Sage, LLP from September 2003 to September 2004, and as a Judicial Clerk at the Connecticut Superior Court from September 2002 to September 2003. Patrick earned a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where studies occurred from 1999 to 2002, and a B.A. from Saint Anselm College, completed in 1999.
