Sean H.

Sean H. is a seasoned entrepreneur and social impact leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Vant4ge since 1998, Sean has dedicated efforts to connecting individuals with essential information and resources to improve the human condition. In 2019, Sean established Banyan Labs LLC, a technology solutions company that employs Persevere graduates, enabling them to work on real-world projects while developing professional skills under mentorship. Additionally, Sean co-founded Persevere in May 2015, a nonprofit organization focused on reducing recidivism and mass incarceration through technology education and comprehensive support services. Sean holds a Doctor of Law degree from BYU Law School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Brigham Young University.
