Erica Chyr

Erica Chyr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica currently holds the position of Vice President at BNY Mellon | Pershing, where they are responsible for developing an effective administrative model for the Automation and Efficiency Services team. Prior to this role, they worked as a Lead Analyst at the same company, managing the Automation and Efficiency Services team's Robotic Process Automation pipeline and developing user documentation and guides. Before joining BNY Mellon | Pershing, Erica worked as a Process Innovation Analyst at Alegeus, collaborating cross-functionally to design, build, and implement prioritized solutions resulting in significant savings. Erica also gained experience as a CWEP participant at UCF/Lockheed Martin, where they served as a Lead Data Analyst for the Supplier Excellence Program and supported global supply chain and procurement teams. Erica began their career as a City Outreach Coordinator at NextGenVest, managing a team of interns and organizing workshops for high schools. Erica also worked as a Senior Money Mentor Intern at the same organization. Lastly, Erica held roles as Treasurer and Board of Director for Fundraising at Circle K International.

Erica Chyr earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as the Lean bronze certificate from SME in August 2021, the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2020, and the Autodesk Inventor Certified User certification in 2014.
