Andy Hill

Andy Hill is an experienced construction professional with a strong track record in leadership roles across various reputable companies within the industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Persimmon Homes since August 2022, Andy previously held the position of Regional Production Director for the South West Division at Kier Group from June 2019 to July 2022. Prior to this, Andy was the Construction and SHEA Director for Kier (Central), and held the position of Construction Director at Countryside for a brief period in 2018. From March 2014 to October 2018, Andy managed the Construction Department at Barratt Developments plc, significantly contributing to one of the largest and fastest building divisions in the UK. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Andy has also worked as a Project/Contracts Manager on a variety of construction and engineering projects, providing management services to notable firms such as Skanska, Interserve, and Sisk.
