Chris Logan

Chris Logan currently serves as Managing Director at Persimmon Homes, a position held since July 2012, and has previously occupied various roles within the company, including Land Director, Head of Land, Land Manager, and Planner. From August 2016 to January 2021, Chris also contributed as Vice Chair of the Strathclyde Housebuilders Committee for Homes for Scotland. Prior experience includes a role as a Trainee in Planning and Economic Development at East Ayrshire Council from August 2006 to June 2012, where Chris gained diverse experience across multiple areas of the department while pursuing educational qualifications. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2011, and an HND in Planning and General Practice Surveying from Glasgow Metropolitan College, earned in 2008.
