Darren Berry

Darren Berry has extensive experience in the construction industry. Darren currently holds the position of Commercial Director Designate at Persimmon Homes, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Head Of Commercial and Commercial Manager at the same company. Before joining Persimmon Homes, Darren worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Taylor Wimpey plc from 2017 to 2021. Darren also had their own business as the Director of DART SURVEYING LIMITED from 2010 to 2017. Darren's career began at Taylor Wimpey plc in 2005 as a Quantity Surveyor, and they also held a similar role at KINGSOAK HOMES LIMITED from 2001 to 2005.

From 2000 to 2002, Darren Berry attended Bath College and obtained an HNC degree in Construction with a focus on Construction Management.
