Frankie Johnson

Frankie Johnson is a seasoned internal auditor with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Group Senior Internal Auditor at Persimmon Homes since March 2025, Frankie previously held various roles at the British Heart Foundation from January 2017 to March 2025, including Internal Audit Manager and Senior Internal Auditor. Earlier in the career, Frankie began as a Graduate Trainee Internal Auditor at Barnardo's from August 2011 to January 2017 and also served in roles such as Corporate Audit Administrator & Volunteer Co-ordinator and Clerical Assistant. Additionally, a secondment experience at Kent County Council as an Internal Auditor took place in mid-2016. Academically, Frankie holds a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification from the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Northumbria University, completed in 2010. Education also includes high school studies in Law, Psychology, Media Studies, and Sociology at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College Darlington.
