Simon McDonald

Simon McDonald is an experienced professional in the construction and housing industry, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Chairman for Eastern Counties at Persimmon Homes since June 2018. With a progressive career at Persimmon, Simon has held multiple leadership roles including Regional Divisional Director and Regional Managing Director. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Director at Charles Church from March 2006 to December 2008. Simon holds a BSc Hon's degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Staffordshire, earned between 1998 and 2001.
