Ajay Bharadwaj is a seasoned professional with a strong background in planning and operations, sales leadership, and business development across multiple technology sectors. At Persistent Systems, Ajay Bharadwaj held the positions of Sr Corporate Vice President, Planning and Operations, as well as SVP of Sales and Chief of Staff from October 2018 to August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Client Leader for Software & Internet Services at Aricent, where Ajay Bharadwaj managed the business and P&L for that segment, and as GM & Global Client Partner at Sasken Communication Technologies, overseeing strategic client relations and global business. Ajay Bharadwaj also contributed to Mindtree Ltd. as GM & Client Partner for Hi-Tech/Media, managing a portfolio that achieved significant growth, and was part of the founding team at Disha Technologies, focusing on business development for outsourced testing services.
