Rajiv Korpal is SVP Sales, responsible for leading the Microsoft Business Unit at Persistent. He is a result’s driven senior business executive, with years of experience leading successful digital transformation in partnership with his clients. Rajiv has led the global delivery of world-class technology solutions and consulting services to help drive digital transformation for a diverse set of clients. He has helped generate multimillion-dollar revenue growth and optimizing performance in fast-paced environments throughout his career.

With expertise in business development, technology innovation, thought leadership, he led the Microsoft business of Data Glove, a leading cloud and digital transformation company. Data Glove was acquired by Persistent in 2022, forming the foundation a new Microsoft business unit.

Prior to leading Data Glove, Rajiv worked with Microsoft, where he was instrumental in advising clients on their digital transformation and secured infrastructure. Prior to Microsoft, Rajiv worked with New York Life & Guardian Life insurance companies.

Rajiv is passionate about better serving clients and the marketplace through the creation of new operating models and innovative industry solutions. He did his bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) from Delhi and his master’s degree in Management and Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ.
