Kristi Moscato

Kristi Moscato currently serves as the Community Relations Manager at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kristi held multiple positions at the Parent Network of WNY, including Community Engagement Manager from June 2012 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of outreach programs, training initiatives, and support events across eight counties in Western New York. Earlier roles within the organization included Outreach & Training Program Manager, Outreach Manager, and Outreach & Training Coordinator, focusing on regional outreach activities and workshops. Kristi also worked as a Community Outreach Specialist & Parent Educator at the Parent Network of WNY, establishing connections with various community organizations and conducting workshops on disability-related topics. Before involvement in community services, Kristi managed at Wegmans Food Markets from January 2002 to April 2012.
