Head of Product/Marketing at PersonaFi

Kyle Picha has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kyle is currently the Head of Product/Marketing at PersonaFi, a social networking app for traders and investors. In this role, Kyle is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to develop and iterate the product roadmap. Kyle also rigorously tests new products and features before building them.

Prior to PersonaFi, Kyle worked as a CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist at TradeStation Group, Inc. Here, they collaborated with different teams and third parties to execute key projects.

Before TradeStation, Kyle served as the Head of Marketing at Dive - Live Dating App, where they built and optimized customer acquisition ad campaigns across social media and search engine platforms. Under their leadership, the app achieved a high conversion app install rate.

Kyle also gained experience as the Marketing Director at Skedge LLC, a social event app. While there, they successfully grew the app's user base and achieved a high customer satisfaction rate.

In addition to their professional roles, Kyle also freelanced as a marketer for restaurants and musicians. Kyle helped these clients become more successful through strategic marketing strategies, including social media direct marketing.

Kyle started their career as a Marketing Intern at Cat Family Records, where they learned how to run social media advertisements and managed campaigns for various musicians.

Before delving into marketing, Kyle worked as a Server at Sakura Japanese Sushi & Grill.

Kyle Picha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida State University's College of Business, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where they received their High School Diploma from 2009 to 2013.
