Thomas F. Myers is the EVP, Legal & Regulatory Affairs, & General Counsel at Personal Care Products Council. Thomas has held this position for 12 years 2 months. Thomas also advises the organization's non-profit foundation, a 501(c)(3), on all of its legal issues, including contracts, intellectual property, labor law, marketing, and international law. Additionally, they manage the Legal and Regulatory Department staff and budget, and supervises the development of the association's Annual Legal Conference. Lastly, they promote a culture of integrity and transparency, and encourages employees to follow the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Myers has testified before state legislative and regulatory bodies on environmental and FDA-related issues. Thomas has also prepared and submitted comments, testimony, and policy position papers with state and federal entities, and coordinated with outside counsel on environmental litigation and administrative rulemakings.
Thomas F. Myers has an LLM from The George Washington University Law School in Environmental Law from 1997-1998. Thomas also went to University of Detroit Mercy School of Law for their education in Law from 1990-1993. Lastly, they went to Marquette University for Communication from 1985-1989.
