Karen Thornley

Karen joined Personal Group as Chief Commercial Officer in March 2021, brining over 20 years’ commercial and strategic experience to the role.

Karen is also CEO of Innecto Reward Consulting, (part of the Personal Group family of companies), where she is responsible for providing inspired leadership and strategic direction across all aspects of the company. In addition to creating and articulating a vision for success, Karen ensures the company remain focused on business objectives, and developing and implementing operational policies and strategic plans to facilitate the successful delivery of these goals.

With an in-depth knowledge of Innecto’s operations and services (having previously been their Marketing Lead), Karen has a unique insight into client requirements and how to continually improve the business offering - knowledge that will bring significant value to her role as CCO of Personal Group.

Before joining Innecto, Karen worked in senior marketing positions in the leisure, telecoms and not-for-profit sectors, including Zonefit, Excalibur Communications and RAF Charitable Trust Enterprises. She holds a BA (Hons) in Management Studies and Business Administration from Reading University, specialising in Marketing.

Karen has a vast amount of experience in lead generation, building engagement with customers and prospects, growing brand identity and value, and evolving digital strategies.
