Dr. Twinkal Marfatia

Dr. Twinkal Marfatia has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, clinical solutions, data analysis, and research. Dr. Twinkal currently works at Personalis, Inc. as the Associate Director of Product Management, specializing in tissue profiling. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager at the same company.

Before joining Personalis, Inc., Dr. Marfatia worked as the Director of Product Management for Clinical Products at CellMax Life. Dr. Twinkal also served as an Account and Implementation Manager for Clinical Solutions at PierianDx.

Dr. Marfatia's experience also includes working as a Data Analyst at Centene Corporation and as a Project Manager & Consultant at The BALSA Group. Dr. Twinkal has conducted Postdoctoral research at Washington University in St. Louis and obtained their Ph.D. in Medicine (Genetics) from Leiden University. Dr. Twinkal also holds an MS in Molecular Biology with a specialization in Biotechnology from Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research.

Dr. Twinkal Marfatia completed their education in the following sequence:

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology from Software Engineering Jobs, from 2002 to 2005.

- Master's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Skövde, from 2006 to 2007.

- Ph.D. in Medicine - Genetics from Leiden University, from 2007 to 2012.

Dr. Twinkal also holds additional certifications in SAS and Oracle SQL, obtained in 2014.
