Nathan Cowley

Nathan Cowley, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Nathan began their career at LECG as a Research Analyst in 2007, followed by an Associate role at Lone Peak Valuation from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Nathan joined Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior Manager, where they worked for nine years. Since 2019, they have been with Personalis, Inc., serving as the Director of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting until 2021, when they were promoted to Senior Director of Corporate Accounting & Reporting. Nathan's expertise lies in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing.

Nathan Cowley, CPA has a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the same university from 2004 to 2008. In 2012, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy (CBA).
