Fred Ruijling

Fred Ruijling is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Directeur-bestuurder at Personeelscluster Oost Nederland since August 2022, while also functioning as a regionale procesbegeleider leerlingendaling for schoolbesturen and gemeenten since March 2019, in collaboration with the Ministry of OCW. With a long history at Penta Rho as a partner and senior advisor since April 2009, Fred has facilitated numerous projects aimed at promoting collaboration among educational institutions, including roles such as procesbegeleider for various school boards and project leader for initiatives addressing challenges in the educational sector, such as staffing, collaboration, and resource management. Fred holds an HBO bachelor's degree from bestuursacademie gelderland, completed between 1981 and 1986.
