Marion van Esch

Marion van Esch currently serves as Instroommakelaar for both RAP-regio’s Oost-Nederland at Loopbaancentrum Oost Nederland and PON at Personeelscluster Oost Nederland, roles held since October and April 2023, respectively. Previously, Marion was involved in various educational roles at Stichting voor KPOA e.o., including Kennismakelaar KPOA-Academie and Coördinator Samenwerking Opleiding en Scholen, while also serving as a teacher, intern supervisor, and responsible for educational initiatives at Basisschool De Breede Hei from 2005 to 2023. Marion's career began at Bloemcampschool and continued as a teacher at ROC van Twente. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Human Development from Schouten & Nelissen University and additional certifications in educational leadership.
