Hila Amsalem

Hila Amsalem currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Personetics since March 2025. Previously, Amsalem held the same position at Glassbox from February 2018 to February 2025, where the focus was on enhancing digital customer journeys. Prior experience includes serving as Global HR Director at NextNine, a Honeywell company, from July 2012 to January 2018, and HR Consultant with Independent HR Consultation. Amsalem's career in human resources began as an HR Generalist at Nokia Siemens Networks and included various roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Mercury Interactive. Amsalem holds an MBA in Organizational Consulting from Ono Academic College, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Momentum Group, and a BA in Business Administration & Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel. Currently, Amsalem is enrolled in a Directors and Senior Executives Program at Tel Aviv University.
