Or Hecht has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Or currently serves as the Head of Global Operations at Personetics, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Fiverr, where they held the roles of Director of Procurement from January 2022 to January 2023 and Procurement Manager from July 2019 to January 2022. Or also worked at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as an IT Purchasing Manager from September 2018 to July 2019 and as a Technology Buyer from February 2017 to September 2018. Before that, they were a Project Manager at BDO from July 2014 to February 2017. Or began their career as an Economist at analyst emc from December 2012 to July 2014.

Or Hecht received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University in the years 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same university, completing it from 2014 to 2016.
