Shay Sadan

VP Of Customer Success at Personetics

Shay Sadan has a strong background in customer success and professional services. Shay currently serves as the VP of Customer Success for Personetics, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Professional Services for EMEA at Personetics, starting in February 2018. Before joining Personetics, Shay worked at NICE Actimize, where they held various positions in professional services. Shay was the Senior Director of Professional Services for EMEA and CALA from September 2010 to February 2018, the Director of Professional Services from January 2008 to September 2010, and a Project Manager from March 2005 to December 2007.

Shay Sadan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Reichman University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, Executive Program from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2009 to 2011.
