Shmulik Raviv

Shmulik Raviv is an accomplished technology and services leader with extensive experience in the financial software industry. Currently serving as the Director of Delivery at Personetics since December 2021, Shmulik previously held multiple senior roles at NICE Actimize, where responsibilities included the creation of the Field Readiness Department and management of Global Professional Services efficiency. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Professional Services and Senior Director of Global Product Maintenance at NICE Actimize, along with key positions at Actimize in both the USA and Israel, where Shmulik led professional services, team management, and technical implementation initiatives. Shmulik began a career in technology at IOL as a Software Engineer and further developed skills as a Senior Software Engineer at Gilon, after serving as an IT officer in the Israeli Navy. Shmulik holds a BA in Computer & Statistics from Bar-Ilan University.
