Nishant Gadireddi

Nishant Gadireddi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software and application engineering. Currently serving as Director of Application Engineering at Personify Health since May 2024, Nishant previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Mirra Health Care from October 2020 to May 2024. Prior experience includes an Associate Director role at Cognizant and various engineering positions at WellPoint, including Solutions Engineer Advisor Sr, Developer Advisor, and E-Business Architect. Nishant began a career in technology as a Programmer Analyst at Dataformix Technologies Inc and served as Tech Lead at OutworX. Nishant earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela between 1994 and 1998.
