Adriana Andújar

Adriana Andújar is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Personio, Adriana previously held significant roles at Skyscanner, including Principal Product Design Manager and Senior Product Design Manager, where oversight of key strategic areas related to product design was emphasized. As the Founder and Designer at Studio A, a practice founded in 2007, Adriana has collaborated with numerous high-profile agencies and clients, including Virgin and Rolls-Royce. Other notable positions include Product Design Team Lead at The Collective, Senior Manager User Experience and Head of Product Design at Argos, and various leadership roles in creative agencies. Adriana's educational background includes a BFA in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design and additional studies in Design Management.
