Birgit Haderer

Birgit Haderer is currently the CFO at Personio. Prior to this, they were with Springer Nature, Zalando SE, and Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Haderer began their career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 2003 as an analyst in the Industrial Group in Chicago. Birgit was later promoted to the German Coverage Group in Frankfurt and then to the Consumer / Retail Group in Chicago. In 2010, they were promoted to Vice President in Natural Resources & Cleantech Groups in Investment Banking Division. From 2010 to 2012, they led teams across investment banking product spectrum including financings.

In 2012, Haderer left Goldman, Sachs & Co. to join Zalando SE as SVP Finance & Indirect Procurement. In this role, they were responsible for heading the Finance and Indirect Procurement teams and reporting to Management Board. Birgit also coordinated central Finance activities across Accounting & Taxation, Controlling, and Corporate Finance (Treasury, M&A, Investor Relations). In 2016, they built-out Indirect Procurement with a focus on all non merchandize commodity groups.

Haderer left Zalando SE in 2020 to join Personio as CFO.

Birgit Haderer holds a Diplom in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Birgit also has an MBA from the same school.

They work with Jonas Rieke - COO, Roman Schumacher - Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, and Geraldine MacCarthy - Chief Revenue Officer. Their manager is Hanno Renner, CEO & Co-Founder.
