Carolin Boll

Carolin Boll has a diverse work experience. Carolin is currently working at Personio as a Senior Lead Customer Implementation DACH since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Team Lead Customer Implementation from December 2020 to May 2022. Before joining Personio, Carolin worked at bfz gGmbH, where they held various positions. Carolin was a Project Lead from March 2019 to November 2020, a Team Lead HR from October 2017 to March 2019, an HR Manager from November 2015 to September 2017, and a Jobcoach from July 2014 to October 2015. Carolin Boll obtained a Bachelor's degree in Educational Science with a minor in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2012. Carolin further pursued their education at the same university and received a Master's degree in Pedagogy with a focus on educational research and management in 2014.
