Dilum Navanjana's work experience is as follows:

- Currently working as a Lead Backend Developer at Personio since July 2023.

- Previously worked as a Senior Developer at Shopify from August 2022 to June 2023.

- Prior to that, worked as a Lead Software Developer at Shypple from November 2021 to July 2022.

- Also worked as a Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer at Ascenda from August 2018 to October 2021.

- Worked as a Senior Engineer at Bbytes.sg from July 2017 to July 2018.

- Worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Intern at 99X Technology from November 2015 to July 2017.

- Worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Creation Application from May 2014 to October 2015.

- Worked as a Developer with the Celluloid team to develop a new feature as part of Google Summer of Code at Celluloid / Ruby from April 2015 to August 2015. This experience marked the start of Dilum's Open Source Contribution.

Dilum Navanjana earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, from 2011 to 2015.
