Hanna Moser

Hanna Moser, PhD, has a diverse work experience in user experience research and design. Most recently, they serve as the Head of Design and Research, Workflows & Integrations at Personio since April 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as UX Research Lead and Sr. UX Researcher at Personio.

Before joining Personio, Hanna worked as a UX Research Coordinator / UX Researcher at Google via Adecco from June 2019 to July 2020. Hanna also gained experience as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Fujitsu Enabling Software Technology GmbH for a brief period in 2019.

Hanna's career started in academia, where they worked as a Post-doctoral Researcher and Research and Teaching Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Hanna'sresponsibilities included mentoring PhD students, contributing to research grant applications, and teaching various classes.

Hanna has also contributed to the industry as a Research Intern at Microsoft, a UX Researcher at Imago design, and a UX Researcher and Designer at Patients Know Best. In addition, Hanna worked as a Teaching Assistant at LMU - Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and gained experience as an Interaction Designer for Predevelopment at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group (BSH). Hanna also worked as a Graphic Designer at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM).

Hanna Moser, PhD, completed their education at various institutions. Hanna obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Media Informatics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2012. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Computer Interaction from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). Hanna then attended UCL, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in ICT Innovation with a major in Human Computer Interaction in 2014. Hanna continued their education and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Media Informatics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2018. Additionally, they had a research visit at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011, focusing on Research Networks Operation Center. Hanna also has experience from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) where they obtained an Honour Degree in Technology Management from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, they were involved with EIT ICT Labs Masterschool, although specific details regarding degrees and field of study are not provided.
