Koen Stam

Koen Stam is the current Head of Benelux at Personio. Koen has held this position since June of 2015. Prior to that, they were with Sweebr.com from September 2012 to June 2015 where they were a Sales Business Development Executive. In 2012, Sweebr was the first software company to provide HTML5 POS-software. The company aimed to liberate retailers from the chains of many of their current POS-providers by having information flow easily between applications. Stam was responsible for focusing on smaller retailers in the early days and then mid-market retailers as the company grew. The company was acquired by Countr POS in 2015.

From July 2008 to September 2012, Stam was with Stam-Aardappelen where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining Food Safety Procedures according the BRC Global Standard. Koen was also responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP Business One ERP system. Stam Potatoes is a family-owned wholesale company specialized in delivering high quality potatoes and onions for a wide variety of clients such as supermarkets, food wholesalers, restaurants, and more.

Koen Stam has a Master of Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science from Hogeschool Inholland / Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Koen is also certified in SaaS Sales Method for Customer Success, Sales Mastership - Level 1, SPIN Coaching, and SPIN Selling Skills from Huthwaite International.

They are on a team with Birgit Haderer - CFO, Geraldine MacCarthy - Chief Revenue Officer, and Jonas Rieke - COO. Koen Stam reports to Hanno Renner, CEO & Co-Founder.
