Maja Jaensch

Maja Jaensch is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Personio since September 2024. Prior to this role, Maja held the position of Head of Engineering at Tomorrow from August 2020 to August 2024, and previously worked at Joblift as Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer between June 2015 and July 2020. Maja began their career at freiheit.com technologies GmbH, where Maja worked as a Software Developer from September 2008 to May 2015. Maja holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Informatik from Universität zu Lübeck, completed in 2008, and also pursued studies at the University of Oslo in 2007.
