Matthew Tubbs

Matthew Tubbs has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Matthew currently works as a Communications Lead at Personio, where they are responsible for setting strategies for corporate and market facing PR and managing agency teams across Europe. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Media Relations Lead at Vodafone Business, where they collaborated with senior leadership to build strong relationships with international and trade press. Matthew also has experience as a Team Lead and Account Director at Harvard Public Relations, where they handled planning, messaging, and campaigns for clients in various sectors. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Senior Account Manager at Ruder Finn, where they implemented successful thought leadership campaigns and managed media relations for a household-name brand. Matthew began their career as an Account Executive at Johnson King and as a Research Assistant at ComRes.

Matthew Tubbs attended Durham University from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a BA degree in History.
