Mohit Tolasati

Mohit Tolasati has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mohit currently holds the position of Lead Product Manager at Personio since July 2023.

Prior to this, Mohit worked at Spotify as a Principal Program Manager from March 2021 to July 2023. In this role, they led new, emerging technologies and concepts to drive growth in the podcast realm, including launching podcast creation capabilities directly from the Spotify app.

Before their time at Spotify, Mohit served as a Technical Product Manager at Oculus VR from July 2019 to February 2021. Mohit focused on building social interaction features in virtual reality and successfully introduced 50 new social interaction features over a 10-month period.

Mohit Tolasati obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the All India Institute of Business Management, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications, including a PADI Scuba Diver certification from PADI in 2023, an International Bartender Course certification from the European Bartender School in 2022, a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from Advantage Aviation, Inc. in 2020, and a Prof G Certified Strategist certification from Prof G in 2020.
