Oleg Sigida

Oleg Sigida has a diverse and extensive work experience as a software engineer and development leader. Oleg is currently serving as a Lead Backend Engineer at Personio since 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at EVBox, where they worked as a Technical Lead and Development Lead, Back End from 2019 to 2022. Before EVBox, Oleg worked at SkinVision as a Lead Developer from 2017 to 2019. Oleg also served as a Software Development Manager at Liberty Global from 2014 to 2017. Oleg began their career at StarSoft Development Labs as a Software Tester Engineer from 2000 to 2002 and later took on roles as a Team Leader and Project Manager/Senior Developer from 2002 to 2007. Oleg also held positions at Scartel Star Lab (Yota Lab) as a Development Group Leader from 2007 to 2010 and at RooX as the Head of the Development Department from 2010 to 2011. At TomTom, Oleg worked as a Team Leader, where they managed teams, planned tasks, and improved development processes from 2011 to 2014.

Oleg Sigida obtained a Specialist degree in Computer Systems Networks and Telecommunications from Saint-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University between 1996 and 2002.
