Paulo Catumba

Paulo Catumba has extensive work experience in the field of product design. Paulo currently holds the role of Product Design Lead at Personio, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Product Design Lead at Back from March 2022 to July 2022. Before that, Paulo was a Product Design Lead at Babbel from March 2021 to February 2022, and a Senior Product Designer from August 2020 to March 2021. Paulo also gained experience as a Design Lead and UI/UX Designer at Small Improvements from June 2018 to June 2020 and from February 2017 to June 2018, respectively. Paulo'searlier work experience includes the role of Interactive Web Designer at Wayfair from May 2015 to January 2017, and as a Freelancer from July 2012 to June 2016. Paulo also worked as a Designer and estagiário (intern) at Vício da cor from February 2014 to April 2015 and from February 2013 to February 2014, respectively. Paulo started their career as an Estagiário at Studio Andrew Howard from February 2012 to June 2012. Paulo's background also includes experience as a mûsico at Dreams from October 2011 to June 2012.

Paulo Catumba obtained a Licentiate degree in Graphic Design from Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto, spanning from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus program at Politecnico di Milano from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Graphic Design.
