Rachel Ivey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel began their career as an Assistant Loan Processor/Office Assistant at Fairfield Mortgage in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Community Assistant at American Campus Communities. From 2009 to 2010, Rachel served as a Research Intern at Lighting Technologies, Inc., where they developed a mathematical methodology for ranking foreign markets. Rachel also worked as an IT Risk and Assurance Summer Intern at Ernst & Young, collaborating with audit teams for various clients.
In 2010, Rachel joined Deloitte Consulting as a Technology Consultant, working on a large-scale assessment project for a Department of Defense client. At the University of Georgia, Rachel was a student from 2006 to 2010.
Rachel's experience at Dropbox includes roles such as Payments Team Specialist, Payments Queue Lead, Product Expert Team Lead, and Global Service Delivery Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, coordinating product launches, and improving support processes.
From 2018 to 2020, Rachel worked as a Chapter Lead/Head of Customer Service and Key Account Management at Ryte, where they focused on reducing churn and improving customer support.
Rachel's most recent role is at Personio, where they have held multiple positions, including Teamlead Product Experts, Team Lead Programs & Projects, Head of Product Experts, and currently, Head of Product Experts & CX PMO. Rachel is responsible for overseeing the Product Experts team and leading various programs and projects.
Rachel Ivey attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their degree in International Business & Management Information Systems. Their field of study included MIS, International Business, Spanish, and Real Estate. Additionally, they obtained the Personio Essentials certification from Personio in 2023.
