Willian Ouriques

Willian Ouriques currently serves as International Team Lead at Personio since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in service delivery management from prior roles at Accenture, Arvato, and Xerox. While at Accenture, Willian managed a large team for a significant social media client, ensuring high standards of service and supporting the development of team members. At Arvato, leadership of a DACH content analyst team involved managing transitions and analyzing performance data, while earlier roles included coordinating service delivery and providing technical support at Xerox. Willian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the National College of Ireland and has completed an Intensive English Course at International House Language School.
