Xavi Leal Meseguer

Xavi Leal Meseguer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Xavi began their career as an Associate at StepOne Ventures in 2012, where they focused on helping Spanish tech companies establish a presence in Silicon Valley. In 2013, they joined Ironhack as the COO, overseeing a highly selective coding school for developers and entrepreneurs. After leaving Ironhack in 2015, Xavi founded Rollbox, a cloud-based app for managing employee payroll in compliance with Spanish legislation. In 2019, they joined Personio as the VP of Payroll Operations before transitioning to the role of Teamlead Customer Data and Processes. Xavi later served as the Head of CX Strategy and Operations before ultimately becoming the Head of CX & GTM Analytics.

Xavi Leal Meseguer completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from Universitat de les Illes Balears during the period of 2004 to 2011. Later, in 2012, they pursued a Master in International Management from IE Business School, specializing in International Business.
